Preparing for
your EE Session
Preparing for your EE Session
-
Start hydrating 24 hours in advance. Your body has a much better capacity to heal when well hydrated. You can bring water with you, and Sanaré will also have water and complimentary organic tea available.
-
Dress in comfortable, layered clothing for your sessions. Your body tends to cool-down as you relax, so you may get a bit chilly. Lightweight cotton blankets are provided, but you may want to bring a heavier blanket.
-
We recommend that you have a light snack before your session. You don't want to be hungry, but you also don't want your body to be focused on digesting a big meal.
-
Street shoes and bare feet aren’t allowed in the energy room. Please bring a pair of comfortable socks, slippers or moccasins.
-
Sessions are booked on the hour. One hour sessions are a great opportunity for relaxation. Two hour+ sessions are recommended to start your body on its healing journey.
-
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session, but no earlier due to limited parking.
-
Lights will be dim, but you can bring a sleep mask if you'd like complete darkness.
-
Relaxing music will be playing during the session. If you prefer silence or your own meditation music, please bring noise canceling headphones or a device with earbuds so you can listen to your own media.

-
Please be courteous to other guests by remaining quiet and having any electronic device in airplane mode and set to silent with dimmed brightness.
-
Please don’t use heavy perfumes or oils as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.

During your EE Session
-
Sanaré utilizes a powerful 24-unit Energy Enhancement System and can accommodate up to 18 guests. Scalar waves are non-directional and fill the entire room regardless of its size. The energy field is enhanced by the collective energy of the people who are sharing the space.

-
Your body will reach an optimal healing state when fully relaxed. Do your best to calm your body—that means staying away from social media, news, and texting while in your session. Light naps are ideal.
-
Guests are asked to keep their cell phones silent and to refrain from using their cell phones during the sessions.
-
Food isn’t allowed in the energy room. Sanaré provides a variety of organic tea and filtered water for our guests. Snacks are allowed in the waiting area.

-
For those who bring blankets and drinks into the energy room, please use a soft bag that makes no noise when retrieving your items.

-
You can use the restroom as often as needed during the session.

-
Chairs, blankets, and pillows are cleaned and sanitized between sessions.

After your EE Session
-
You’ll likely feel rested and rejuvenated after your session. Continue to drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out of your system.
-
Many guests find the sessions deeply relaxing and feel very peaceful during and following an EE Session. Others may experience detoxification symptoms, including a dull headache, brain fog, or aches in the weaker areas of their body. These symptoms are typically temporary and in time, your sessions will become more rejuvenating.
-
A natural salt bath is highly recommended after each session to help with the detoxification and healing process. Special salt blends are available for sale at the center. Please see instructions below for taking a detoxifying salt bath.
-
EE System medallions and bracelets (hypercharged with healthy self-regenerating scalar field effects) are also available for purchase.

-
Sanaré Wellness does sell scalar-charged detoxifying bath salts, however if you want to make your own please follow these instructions: Add equal proportions (1-2 cups) of baking soda and Himalayan salt or sea salt to a warm bath. Do not use epsom salt.

-
Bathe for 20-30 minutes.

-
Follow with a lukewarm shower to remove any excess salt from the surface of the skin.

-
Your body may sweat after the bath, continuing to eliminate toxins. If you’re not able to take a bath, do a warm foot soak in a pail or foot bath for 30 minutes.

* If you choose not to detoxify, you may experience symptoms such as headache and feeling nauseous and it is possible the toxins may get reabsorbed by your cells

Frequency of Sessions
-
Scalar energy sessions can be scheduled according to your personal needs. For clients who are experiencing chronic conditions, we recommend working toward a goal of 20 hours. The closer the sessions are, the more optimal your results will be. Local clients can schedule 4-hour sessions twice weekly, while out-of-state clients can schedule their sessions closer together. We recommend a day of rest in between sessions.
-
The effects of the scalar energy are cumulative and are greatly influenced by your lifestyle. You’ll get the best result when you completely relax during your session to give your body the best opportunity to respond to the energy. We highly recommend supporting your EE Sessions with diet and lifestyle changes through our holistic coaching program.
